Central Library

1^st floor

Information point of the Central Library is located on the 1^st floor of the building; here you can find general information about our library, its collection and the services provided.
Bookbinding is also available here and you can quickly and qualitatively bind your bachelor, master’s thesis or any other material.

2^nd floor

Subscription and the reading room with open access collection are located on this floor. Books from the Central Library can be ordered from any place with internet access. Bibliographer-consultant will help you navigate in the vast amount of traditional and e-resource range.
You can also order literature that is not included in our collection; this can be done via interlibrary subscription. This, though, is a paid service.
On this floor you can also use the book issuing/returning self-service machine. 

3^rd floor

On this floor you can find computers with an internet connection, scanners and printers, as well as a room for individual work and a resting place with poufs that is quite popular among students.

Repository is located in the basement of the building.
Outside the library premises there is a box where you can leave books during times when the library is closed. You can also return books in the book-return machine by the study literature subscription.
If you are willing to learn more about the Central Library of RTU you can apply for a tour through the building during which all your questions will be answered as well.
